I am working hard to curate more summer outfit of the day’s for you. These 16 summer 2017 outfits will provide you with a wide variety of inspiration. I have outfits that are fun and feminine, dark and grungy, comfy, as well as festival ready. I even have some outfits that are perfect for those cooler summer days, or for spring in general. Summertime is so much fun for fashion, and I hope that shines through with this look book! Let’s get started.
1) Periwinkle + White + Crochet hems (Festival Bound)
I am not sure how I am getting so into periwinkle, but it will definitely be a theme with these summer 2017 outfits. The fringe hem on this Forever 21 crop top pairs perfectly with the fringe on the soft shorts. Hands down these are the cutest shorts I have ever seen or owned in my life.

2) Mauve pink + Cognac (Chill Style)
I have an addiction to mauvy pinks. This top, and entire outfit, is so comfortable, yet stylish. I would definitely invest in a basic, ribbed top, such as this one.

3) Pink + Yellow + Orange (Festival Dreaming)
This may just be one of my most wild outfits. Believe it or not, I found this brightly colored kimono cover-up at Family Dollar with the scarves! I am not really one to purchase clothing there, but this piece is ultra unique. It makes for a perfect festival look and allows for some fun eyeshadow.

4) Floral + Silver O-rings + Leather (City Girl Attitude)
I love how comfortable this tank top is, and the cut makes it ever so flowy. The snap buttons make it fun to pair with silver accents and o-rings.

5) Red plaid + Crochet + Fringe (Summer Red Grunge)
As you may know, I have an addiction to plaid, and red plaid is my favorite. I am all about getting more plaid for summer, since most pieces are for fall and winter. This tank top is great because the back has a center cut, and the pieces hang down in a high-low fashion. The top part of the back also has a crochet panel. Pieces such as this one have those little somethings that add more to the outfit, which provides something extra for the eye.

6) White crochet + Mint + Fringe (Delicately Stylish)
When I first saw these soft shorts in their unique minty hue, I knew I had to go on the hunt for my size. Mint pairs great with white. I like how the crochet hangs off of the bottom of the shirt.

7) Suede + Coated shorts + Distressed leather (Maximum Attitude)
This is perhaps my favorite look out of the summer 2017 outfits. I got the shorts super cheap, and I like the antique gold-colored zipper. The shorts are somehow coated denim, which makes them feel different. This tank top is such a score because the holes for the lace-up details match the color of the zipper on the shorts. And, the top is suede, which you do not see often for the summer! This crossbody is another score because it is distressed faux leather. It looks like someone sanded the surface, making it roughed up.

8) White + green (Easy-going Girly)
Soft shorts are so easy to dress up or down, making them excellent wardrobe essentials. This trendy shade of green pairs great with white.

10) Periwinkle + white + Cold shoulder (Simply Feminine)
I still have a passion for floral, and pink hues such as these ones give me an excuse to use my Naked 3 palette. This top has sleeves that are cut down the arm, and held together in the middle with a gold button. It also has a crochet panel down the center of the back. It is really all in the details.

12) Tie-dye + Periwinkle + Romper (Festival Lookbook)
This romper is a great find from Delias. Everyone should have a long sleeve romper, because it is perfect for cooler days. Something in me is attracted to periwinkle tie-dye and I keep buying pieces that look like this one.
13) Denim on denim (Comfy and Chic)
Do not be afraid to do denim on denim! You just have to do it right. I am paring a lighter wash of denim with a medium wash to provide contrast. I am keeping it simple with gold jewelry and sandals that match the gold accents on the shirt. The cognac bag also provides some color without being over-the-top.

14) Green + Cognac + Fringe (On That Coffeehouse Grind)
I really like how this trendy shade of green pairs with the dark wash shorts and the antique gold studs on the shorts. The shorts legitimately look like someone cut the legs off of a pair of jeans!

15) Denim + Romper + White (Sweet and Playful)
Yes, I really like denim. Everyone should have a denim romper! Denim is so easy to pair up with other pieces. This romper has a drawstring for adjustable comfort. The crochet lace detail gives it that something extra.

16) Tie-dye + Periwinkle + Rose gold (Good Vibes)
The last look from my summer 2017 outfits features a shirt that is a bit different for me. I am drawn to the periwinkle tie-dye and on-trend cutout. The “Good Vibes” lettering pairs perfectly with a set of rose gold rings. The sides of this top are cut very low, so I recommend wearing a bralette with this shirt.
