5 Must-Have Fall Outfits

1. She's Got the Edge

This fall I am totally in love with plaid. I already had some plaid pieces in my wardrobe when fall rolled around. However, after going shopping, I went plaid crazy. The nice thing about fashion is that you will often see the same styles and prints each year, but those trends will have their big moment one year. I think plaid, while it has been around, is having its moment this season. For this look, tuck the shirt into the pants. I haves selected skinny pants so that they stay tucked into the boots. Layer the necklaces and you are good to go! This look is stylish, with attitude.

2. Fifth Avenue

This look will turn heads around town, on campus, or wherever life takes you. Fur is huge this season, so be sure to get your hands on a staple fur piece. Stay cozy in this modern sweater dress in a lovely fall shade. This look is effortless, yet looks so put together.

3. Freedom in the Fringe

Fringe is quite fun to incorporate into your wardrobe. It comes in a variety of styles- from coats, purses, boots, skirts, you name it. Pair this fringe skirt with a tucked-in blouse and short boots. To top the look off and totally own it, had a hat and a trendy bucket bag.

4. Tattered Yet Trendy

This tattered dress will fall nicely around the body and will play nice with over-the-knee boots. Add jewelry that has an antique/worn feel to pull the look together. This look is free, flowy, yet mystic.

5. The Fall Chic

I could not get over how stylish these fringe booties are! They look great with a zipper skirt and this contemporary turtleneck in black. Go for a neutral handbag and girly hoops to seal the deal.

I sincerely hope that even if you do not buy any of the pieces featured here that you will be inspired to mix and match and make your own outfits. Often I see an OOTD on the internet, then head out and re-create the piece in my own way. That is truly the magic of making outfits. Let me know what you bought or tell me what your favorite outfit is in the comments. Until next time, continue to let your true beauty shine.
