I am taking advantage of another elf sale! This sale is exclusively on some of their new arrivals that I am dying to get my hands on. Here in my elf haul 2 I am proud to say that I am enjoying these purchases so far, as I am someone that must use my new goodies right away. Today I want to share my haul and first impressions with you, and hopefully help you decide on what products you want to try out for yourself.
elf Everyday Smoky Eyeshadow palette
The first product in this elf haul 2 is the Everyday Smoky Eyeshadow Palette. I am totally obsessed with this line of palettes! The pigmentation is good for a $10 product. I use these palettes as a way of conserving my Urban Decay palettes. I grab this palette in particular to curb my Naked Smoky addiction. But, I can incorporate all of these palettes into my daily routine.
elf Need it Nude Eyeshadow palette
Second is the Need it Nude Eyeshadow Palette. This palette has officially made me fall for the nude eye trend. It is so easy to create nude looks, and to change up those looks from light to intense. Have a nude obsession? Try this one out.
elf Party Ready Eyeshadow palette
Third is the Party Ready Eyeshadow Palette. This palette is full of fun colors and endless possibilities. You can truly go nude, colorful, or smoky. It is great to play with, or just pull it out for special occasions.
elf Matte Lip Color in Tea Rose
Fourth is the Matte Lip Color in Tea Rose. This line of lippies does not over dry the lips, while being truly matte and well pigmented. A secret you may not know is that there is a sharpener in the opposite end of the pencil.
elf Ultimate Kabuki Brush
Fifth is the Ultimate Kabuki Brush. Well, this brush is huge. I think you can paint a wall with it. I believe it is intended to be used to sculpt your face, but I feel like it is so huge that my whole cheek will be covered in bronzer. Maybe one day I will find the courage to take the bronzer risk, but for now it is simply an addition to my brush collection.
elf Ultimate Blending Brush
Next is the Ultimate Blending Brush, which I believe is a dupe for the Real Technique’s Expert Face Brush. It is not as dense as the Real Technique’s brush, but I think it will work just as well for powder products. I use the Expert Face Brush for cream foundation, so it will be interesting to try this brush with it and see the results.
elf Blush in Mellow Mauve
Here I have Blush in the shade Mellow Mauve. This blush is very light and not all that pigmented. It is great for doing more nude looks.
elf Beautifully Bare Blush in Rose Royalty
Continuing on with the elf haul 2 I have a Beautifully Bare Blush in Rose Royalty. This product makes me nervous because it is a cream to powder blush. It actually applies just like a powder with no strong pigmentation or blending trouble. You run no risk of clown face with this blush.
elf Contouring Brush
Next is the Contouring Brush. This brush does an excellent job of contouring your cheekbones and your entire face in general. It blends your bronzer so nicely while avoiding harsh lines.
elf Slanted Kabuki Brush
Here we have the Slanted Kabuki Brush. I cannot see you getting any advantage out of having a slanted kabuki over a regular kabuki brush, besides that it may contour a bit better. Perhaps you can make it work for you and your needs.
elf Smudge Pots
I am so mad that I did not try the Smudge Pots years ago! They are completely awesome. I have never found an eye shadow product that is not standard pressed pigment that I like, because they tend to crease within minutes. These DO NOT crease, even after all day wear. For me, that’s usually 12+ hours. I use Pearls of Wisdom daily as a base/primer, in addition to my usual primer. The only catch is that the smudge pots are very shimmery and do not come in matte. If you hate shimmer then you will hate these. They also make your shadow look more shimmery when you use them as a base. I want these in all the colors!

elf Beautifully Bare Blending Brush
Moving on, I have the Beautifully Bare Blending Brush. This brush is so full and fluffy, and overall feels like it is high quality. I use it to apply my blush because it blends it over the cheek and down into the bronzer so well. You can also easily contour with it.
elf Moisturizing Lipstick in Bordeaux Beauty
Here is a Moisturizing Lipstick in the shade Bordeaux Beauty. What a great shade for fall! I really like the moisturizing lipsticks. They are very pigmented, yet smooth and not oily. They also do not dry out your lips or give you that flaky look. I can easily collect all of them.
elf Eyebrow Duo Brush
Next is the Eyebrow Duo Brush. I use this brush with my elf Eyebrow Kit. First, I use spooley end to tame my brows. Then I use the slanted brush end to apply the brow wax. Then I use a different and larger eyebrow brush to apply the powder. However, you can use this brush to apply any brow product. It is so small that it allows you to work in detail and avoid mistakes.
elf Bronzer Palette in Bronzed Beauty
The last product in this elf haul 2 is the Bronzer Palette in Bronzed Beauty. My love for the blush palette is prompting me to try the bronzer. In fact, I like to use them together. I really like all of the shades of bronzer in this kit- there is a shade for every look you are feeling.
Overall I am very happy with my purchases and do not have any regrets in this elf haul 2. In the future I will be collecting more shades of the products featured here. Do you have an elf, or any makeup haul? Share it in the comments. Until next time, I am going to continue using these products like crazy, and you continue to let your true beauty shine.
